After a gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, the secondary fermentation takes place using the Charmat method to achieve a particularly fine, even perlage. The wine then ages on its fine lees, gaining finesse and aromatic depth. With 11% Vol. alcohol, the Le Contesse Spumante Pinot Rosé presents itself as an elegant, modern sparkling wine that impresses with its balance and lightness.
