The Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona is located in the Roero area in the municipality of Piobesì d'Alba, a few kilometers from Alba.

What makes Grappa Sibona special is that it holds a unique distillation license, UTF No. 1.

Nebbiolo pomace from freshly harvested grapes, selected by Sibona during the harvest, is used.

Distillation takes place entirely in-house in copper pot stills, and aging is carried out for a long period in stainless steel tanks. This grappa is perfected by an initial maturation of 2 years in medium-sized traditional oak barrels, followed by another 2 years in sherry casks.

Storage in sherry casks was pioneered by Sibona as an innovation and leads to high-quality results.
