Col Sandago is located in a lush, blooming region where the vines are rich in valuable substances absorbed from the soil. These rich soil treasures date back to prehistoric times, when a large glacier slid from the Dolomites into the valley, shaping the territory and creating the historic riverbed of the Piave.

Col Sandago Prosecco Extra Dry is an elegant sparkling wine, made from 100% Glera grapes from the province of Treviso. The clayey and calcareous soil with sedimentary rock offers ideal conditions for growing the grapes. The Prosecco is produced through gentle pressing and controlled fermentation. The second fermentation takes place in a pressure tank for about 60 days at 16-18 °C. After filtration and cold stabilization, the sparkling wine is bottled under isobaric conditions with natural corks.

The result is a Prosecco that perfectly combines freshness and elegance, reflecting the special characteristics of its terroir.
