The NEBULIS Rare Cask Finished is produced using the Cardenal Mendoza Clásico as its base. This is first aged for 15 years in former Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, which already gives it deep complexity. This is followed by further aging in charred, small 250-liter wooden casks, which imparts exceptional complexity and unique aromas. The name "Nebulis" comes from Latin and means "from the clouds," which underlines the rare and almost mystical nature of this rare Cardenal Mendoza.
