The Teeling Irish Whiskey Dark Porter Small Batch is the result of a creative collaboration with Dot Brew Brewery in Dublin. Initially, grain and malt whiskeys are matured separately for up to five years in carefully selected Bourbon casks to develop their full aromas. After this maturation period, the whiskeys are blended at a 4:1 ratio into Dark Porter Beer Barrels, where they rest for another 15 months.

This additional maturation in porter beer barrels gives the whiskey exceptional depth and complexity, complemented by the rich, malty notes of the porter.
