On the wild and romantic coast of the Isle of Skye, south of Dunvegan, lies the picturesque, snow-white Talisker Distillery, founded in 1831 by two brothers. After their deaths, numerous successors tried to successfully continue the distillery, but all failed. It was not until a financial administrator and a wine and spirits merchant took over. After a devastating fire in 1960, the distillery was rebuilt true to the original.

The 25-year-old Talisker whisky, distilled and bottled in close proximity to the rough sea, acquires its unmistakable maritime character due to this special location. After 25 years of maturation in carefully selected oak casks, it develops its extraordinary depth and complexity. As a limited edition, this whisky is particularly sought after and is aimed primarily at collectors and connoisseurs.
