Curado Tequila Blanco Blue Agave 40% Vol. 0.7 L is a unique and particularly refined tequila creation that combines tradition and innovation. Curado is made using high-quality Blanco Tequila from the Jalisco Highlands as a base. This tequila is then infused with pieces of cooked agave, elevating the spirit's aromatic diversity and complexity to a new level. At the beginning of the project, only blue agaves from Jalisco were used, but over time, Curado has evolved and now incorporates other agave varieties from different regions of Mexico, such as Espadín from Oaxaca and Cupreata from Michoacán, into production.

Curado aims to build bridges, not walls. This is also evident in their approach to collaborating with people who have gathered wisdom and experience in handling agave over generations. The different agave varieties are cooked using traditional techniques from their respective growing regions and then brought to Jalisco. There, they are infused with the finest 100% blue agave tequila from the Jalisco Highlands, giving each expression of Curado a distinctive taste experience.

The infusion with different agave species ensures a varied and multifaceted tequila interpretation, where the ratio of agave to tequila varies depending on the agave variety used.
