Mintis Gin is handcrafted in a family-run distillery in Piedmont. Carlo Vergnano manages the Torino Distillery in Moncalieri with his wife, his daughter, and the help of a few employees.

Maestro Distiller Denis Muni has over 20 years of experience in producing successful spirits.

Mintis Gin is distilled for eight hours at 60 degrees in a custom-made vacuum still. A low temperature is used, which preserves the aromatic and fresh taste.

Each bottle is signed by the Master Distiller, guaranteeing the quality of the craftsmanship.

The Mintis AMARENA CHERRY Gin is made with Amarena cherries, hand-picked juniper, lemons, and other botanicals from the Piedmont region.
