This Oloroso presents itself in a classic style – intense, nutty, full-bodied, and with natural depth. Made from the Palomino Fino grape variety, this sherry matures oxidatively for many years in the Solera system in old oak barrels, without the influence of flor yeast. This results in a wine with great aromatic complexity and a mature, structured personality.
