The single malt was distilled in 1989 at The Macallan in Speyside, Scotland, and has been matured over several decades. At the heart of this whisky is sherry cask No. 6690, whose influence plays a decisive role in shaping the character of this exclusive vintage bottling. The whisky was not bottled by Samaroli until 2022, meaning that around 33 years elapsed between distillation and bottling.
