The Pasote Añejo Tequila 100% de Agave 40% Vol. 0.7 l is a high-quality premium tequila from Mexico, traditionally handcrafted from blue Weber agave (Agave Tequilana Weber, variedad azul). It is produced in the renowned Jalisco region, considered the heart of tequila culture. After years of maturation, the agaves are carefully harvested, slowly cooked in stone ovens, and then gently crushed. Following fermentation, distillation takes place in copper pot stills, which gives the tequila its purity and aromatic intensity. The Pasote Añejo then ages for at least one year in oak barrels, giving it its golden color and a complex aroma spectrum with vanilla, caramel, and subtle woody notes. With an alcohol content of 40% Vol., it presents itself as powerful yet elegant and balanced.
