Twenty years ago, Hans Schwarz founded the Schwarz winery on Lake Neusiedl, turning his passion for wine into a success story. Originally a butcher, he took the plunge to turn his hobby into a profession – a decision that quickly earned him recognition in the wine scene. Today, the winery is lovingly run by Hans himself together with his son Michael, who continue the family's legacy with innovative spirit and experience.

Schwarz WEISS Cuvée combines 80% Chardonnay and 20% Grüner Veltliner into a finely balanced composition. The wine matures for 12 months, with one-third aged in new and two-thirds in used Burgundy barrels. After maturation, the wine is gently bottled and sealed with a natural cork to ensure its quality and longevity.
