The Four Pillars Distillery is located in Healesville, in Victoria's Yarra Valley, about an hour's drive from Melbourne, and was founded in 2013 by three friends.
The Spiced Negroni Gin was created to cut through the bitterness. Pepper, cinnamon, West African grains of paradise, and much more are used in its production.
Botanicals: Juniper, coriander, cardamom, cassia, anise, lavender, angelica, pepper, lemon, orange, ginger, West African grains of paradise, cubebs.
