Unlike many other white rums, it undergoes a long ageing process in oak barrels before its colour is removed through a special charcoal filtration process. This lends it a remarkable depth and complexity more commonly associated with dark rums.

This premium rum is produced from high-quality sugar cane juice grown in the highlands of Guatemala. Thanks to the special high-altitude ageing, the rum matures more slowly, allowing it to develop more delicate flavours.
