The rare Ron Cristóbal Santa Maria Recioto Finish Rum impresses with its double maturation, which sets it apart from other rums. Distilled in 2009 in a column still, this Dominican rum matured for a total of 13 years before being bottled in August 2022. It spent most of this time in American white oak barrels before this excellent rum was transferred to former Recioto wine casks for its final second maturation.
