Rum Nation produces rums from various countries and regions, with each bottling reflecting the unique characteristics of its country of origin. In 1999, Rum Nation Rare Rums was launched to showcase particularly rare and high-quality rums. These bottlings are produced by the independent bottler Rossi & Rossi in Italy, known for its expertise and high quality standards.

This molasses-based rum is distilled at the Savanna Distillery in a Double Wooden Pot Still, which gives it its special depth. After distillation, it first matures in Cognac Casks before receiving its finish in Refill Oloroso Sherry Casks, which adds additional complexity. Since the bottlings are neither colored nor sweetened, the rum retains its natural form. With a limited edition of only 1,278 bottles, this bottling is particularly aimed at collectors and connoisseurs.
