The recipe is based on a historic herbal liqueur from 1948, which has been modernized and adapted to the present day.

Only Italian botanicals are used in its production, including juniper berries from the Alps, hop blossoms, bay leaves, oregano, and rosemary, which give the gin a clear, spicy yet fresh note. It is particularly noteworthy that Kapriol Dry Gin does not use citrus fruits – instead, its freshness comes from a sophisticated combination of alpine herbs and spices.
