Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has steadily evolved. After working their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionized Grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal Grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th-century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

Bottega Fragolino Bianco captivates with its distinctive aroma reminiscent of freshly picked wild strawberries. The Sangiovese and Lancellotta grapes are carefully harvested in crates and vinified red, with the must and skins remaining in contact. This is followed by a seven-day fermentation in an autoclave with the addition of natural flavors. For refinement, the wine is cold stabilized for one week at -2 °C before finally being filtered and bottled to perfectly preserve its fresh and fruity note.
