This small, independent distillery is characterized by the production of high-quality whiskeys, crafted with great care and artisanal skill.

From the outset, the founders focused on quality and tradition, combined with an innovative approach. West Cork Distillery uses crystal-clear spring water and carefully selected grains. This commitment reflects the spirit of innovation and craftsmanship that is characteristic of the Irish whiskey industry.

This whiskey is matured for a period of 4 years in Oloroso Sherry Casks from the renowned Bodega Tolerina Rodriguez in Cadiz. This special aging process imparts its characteristic taste and deep, complex aroma. After this maturation period, the whiskey receives its finish in First Fill Bourbon Casks, which adds additional notes of vanilla and oak.
