Bruxo Mezcal is a collection of mezcal qualities from the Oaxaca region of Mexico. Bruxo is a tribute to the authentic artisanal process of mezcal production.
The company was founded by a group of friends who love and honor the country of Mexico. The magic of mezcal was discovered, as were the unique people of Oaxaca.
Bruxo X is made from Espadín and Barril agave varieties. This mezcal is produced by Mezcalero Juan Morales Garcia in San Dionisio Ocotepec.
After harvesting, the agaves are cooked in earthen conical ovens and double distilled in copper stills. 80% Espadín agave and 20% Barríl agave mature in cypress and pine wood barrels.
