The Ruggeri Argeo Prosecco is made from 100% Glera grapes, which form the basis for Prosecco of the highest quality. The grapes are harvested in September, when they have reached their optimal ripeness, and are processed under strict quality controls. The Prosecco is produced using the Charmat method, a traditional method in which the second fermentation takes place in pressure tanks. This gives the Prosecco its lively perlage and the crisp freshness for which Prosecco is known.
