The Nonino distilleries are unique worldwide, as they boast five artisanal distilleries, each equipped with 12 discontinuous copper steam stills. Each of these distilleries represents a family member, and additionally, there is a steam still for each grandchild, highlighting the family's continued dedication to the art of distillation.

Nonino Grappa Vuisinâr Riserva is made from fresh, soft pomace from white and red grapes, and then distilled using traditional craftsmanship in discontinuous copper steam stills. This grappa then matures for 24 months in barriques and small wild cherry barrels.
