The GlenAllachie CUVÉE CASK FINISH embodies this philosophy. The whisky first matures in American white oak casks. For finishing, Billy Walker selects Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheons, Moscatel wine barriques, and ruby port pipes, which gives the whisky exceptional depth and complexity.
