The story of Aura Delikatessen began in 2014, when Martin Juric, owner of Aura Delikatessen, came across the company Aura in Central Istria whilst on holiday in Croatia. Aura Fig is an exquisite fig schnapps produced by macerating naturally dried figs in apple brandy for six months. The apple brandy used has been quadruple-distilled beforehand to ensure exceptional purity and clarity. This meticulous production process gives the Aura Feige liqueur a distinctive fruitiness that elegantly brings out the full flavour of the figs. The liqueur is bottled without any added colourings or flavourings, which underlines its naturalness and authenticity.
