The Four Pillars Distillery is located in Healesville, in Victoria's Yarra Valley, about an hour's drive from Melbourne, and was founded in 2013 by three friends.

The Olive Leaf Gin is known for its distinctive flavor profile, which comes from the inclusion of olive leaves in the botanical blend. The Four Pillars team, led by Master Distiller Cameron Mackenzie, collaborates with a local olive farmer to source fresh olive leaves. These leaves are then steeped in the gin during the distillation process, imparting their flavor and aroma to the spirit.

Botanicals: Olive leaf tea, lemons, bay leaves, olive oil, macadamia nuts, rosemary, grapefruits, juniper, lemon myrtle, coriander, lavender, orris root.
