20 years ago, Hans Schwarz founded the Schwarz winery on Lake Neusiedl, transforming his passion for wine into a success story. Originally a butcher, he took the plunge to turn his hobby into a profession – a decision that quickly earned him recognition in the wine scene. Today, the winery is passionately run by Hans himself together with his son Michael, who continue the family's legacy with a spirit of innovation and experience.

Schwarz KUMAROD CUVÉE WEISS combines 60% Grüner Veltliner, 30% Welschriesling, and 10% Sauvignon Blanc into a harmonious composition. Careful aging for 6 months in stainless steel tanks preserves the freshness and vibrancy of the grape varieties and perfectly showcases their characteristics. After aging, the wine is gently bottled and sealed with a screw cap, which optimally preserves its quality and freshness.
