The Hödl Hof distillery, nestled between orchards and vineyards, is characterized by its long-standing tradition. With a 300-liter coarse distillation still and a 200-liter fine distillation still made of pure copper, the high quality of the distillates is ensured. The fruits from the in-house orchards are brought directly to the fermentation cellars, where a gentle and temperature-controlled fermentation takes place. Following the old Styrian tradition, a double distillation is carried out, with only the high-proof heart being used for maturation in wood, glass, or stainless steel.

Zirberol is a bitter liqueur, sweetened with fruits, and is particularly suitable for preparing cocktails and mixed drinks. It stands out due to the natural taste of the forests and the juice of fresh stone pine cones that it brings to the drink. The liqueur offers a flavorful experience with a low alcohol content.
