The Suntory Hibiki 21 Years Old is an exquisite blend of more than 35 malt and grain whiskies, including distillates from the renowned Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries. These noble whiskies have been carefully matured for at least 21 years in various cask types to develop their unique character.

A variety of different cask types were used in the maturation of the Suntory Hibiki 21 Years Old Japanese Whisky, including former Bourbon casks made of American white oak, former Sherry casks, and Mizunara casks made of Japanese Mizunara oak.
