The founder of the Canella brand, Luciano Canella, discovered his passion for wines already in his childhood, when he was responsible for the entire wine selection in his parents' restaurant. In 1947, Canella realized his dream and founded the company Casa Vinicola Canella. The brand quickly became popular and gained an increasing number of customers. In the 1980s, Canella specialized in sparkling and semi-sparkling wines.

The DOC quality seal guarantees that only wines from the approx. 3,000-hectare Conegliano wine-growing region are used for this Prosecco. This dry, light Spumante from Conegliano, a small town in the heart of the picturesque Marca Trevigiana landscape in the province of Treviso, is made from 100% Glera grapes and then fermented using the "Méthode Charmat," which was developed in France and refined in Veneto. This method preserves the fruity bouquet and creates a fine, particularly persistent perlage.
