Zubrowka Rosé is a variant of the classic Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka, flavored with an infusion of natural extracts of raspberries, cranberries, rose hips, rose petals, and juniper.

Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka is produced from rye by Polmos, a Polish company, and gets its characteristic aroma from the fragrant bison grass, which is present in the bottle.

After distillation, the vodka undergoes a short maturation in oak barrels.

The name Zubrowka is derived from the Polish word for bison (Polish: Zubr) and has a long tradition dating back to the 14th century. In addition to Zubrowka, Polmos also produces Grasovka vodka.

Zubrowka Rosé is an interesting interpretation of this traditional spirit, combining the flavors of fruits and herbs with the base of Bison Grass Vodka.
