Leo Hillinger is a visionary entrepreneur and winemaker who has turned his passion for viticulture into international recognition. After apprenticeships in Europe and California, Hillinger purchased 12 hectares of vineyards, laying the foundation for his successful winery in Jois, which opened in 2004. The company expanded with several Wineshop & Bars throughout Austria and a long-standing business relationship with Constantia Glen Winery in South Africa. In 2012, Hillinger was honored as "Entrepreneur of The Year" by Ernst & Young, underscoring his outstanding role in the wine industry.

This white wine combines the Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay grape varieties. It is fermented spontaneously and aged for 20 months in barrique barrels. With a storage potential of up to 10 years and a natural cork closure, this wine promises a long-lasting enjoyment experience.
