Made from fresh sugarcane juice, the rum matured for over ten years and was then further refined in Tawny Port, Oloroso Sherry, and Moscatel wine casks, which developed its complex and multifaceted aroma.

Another unique feature of the Tres Hombres La Palma Fuerte 10 Años Edition 62 is its maturation on the high seas. After cask aging, the rum embarked on an approximately six-month journey in the cargo hold of a sailing ship, characterized by its emission-free operation without an engine. This special maturation process in the cargo ship not only gives the rum a particular freshness but also a powerful elegance and depth. In total, only 1298 bottles of this unique rum were bottled, making it a limited rarity.

The bottle labels are adorned with motifs of the Tres Hombres and their adventurous voyages. Each bottle is sealed with a natural cork and beeswax, which is ground with natural color pigments from a traditional windmill in Zaandam.
