The grapes grow on gravelly soils with a sandy component and are carefully harvested by hand. With a must density of 21 °KMW, the winemaking process is deliberately straightforward: both fermentation and the subsequent ageing take place entirely in stainless-steel tanks, ensuring that the fruity character of the two red grape varieties remains the focus.
