Amatiteña, inspired by Amatitán's long tradition of agave cultivation since the 18th century, is produced by Engineer Alberto Partida Hermosillo, a third-generation master tequilero of the Partida family. The brand honors Jalisco's ancestral customs and agave fields by maintaining traditional production methods.

The agave hearts are traditionally crushed with a tahona, a large stone wheel, and then cooked over an open fire to optimally preserve their sweet aromas. Fermentation takes place with wild yeasts, while subsequent distillation in copper pot stills retains the characteristic taste of the agaves.

After distillation, the tequila matures for two months in oak barrels, which makes it particularly balanced and harmonious and adds an extra depth to its flavor profile.
