The brand honours the ancestral customs of Jalisco and the agave fields by maintaining traditional production methods.

Traditionally, the agave hearts for Amatiteña Tequila Añejo are crushed using a tahona and then slowly cooked over an open fire to best preserve their sweet aromas. Fermented with wild yeasts and distilled in copper stills, after 12 months’ ageing the tequila develops a harmonious and complex profile that delights connoisseurs and newcomers alike.
