1423 ApS – World Class Spirits is a premium spirits importer and distributor, founded in 2008 and headquartered in Denmark. Since 2018, we have also had a presence in Germany through our subsidiary. S.B.S stands for Single Barrel Selection, meaning that in this 1423 product range, only one cask is bottled for each product. Each cask is selected according to strict criteria and released in limited quantities. The entire S.B.S range comprises exclusively classic rums – no blends – to highlight the versatility of rum, as well as its unique quality and exquisite flavour.

The 1423 S.B.S Dominican Republic Consuelo Single Origin Rum is distilled from pure sugarcane juice and matured using the traditional pot still method, which gives it its distinctive character. Distillation took place in 2023, and this white rum was bottled as early as 2024.
