The Dingle Distillery is located in the picturesque coastal town of Dingle on the Dingle Peninsula in southwest Ireland. The distillery was founded in 2012 by three visionary entrepreneurs, Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart, and Peter Mosley, who are part of the "Irish Whiskey Renaissance" movement. The distillery is one of the first independent distilleries to be built in Ireland in centuries, and specializes in producing handcrafted premium whiskeys.

This limited edition honors the Cónocht an Fómhair festival, which marks the autumnal equinox. At this time, the vibrant colors of summer fade and give way to gentle reds, ambers, and golds – these very colors are reflected in the character of this whiskey.

The whiskey first matures in Bourbon Casks before receiving a special finish in rum barrels, which gives it its unique aromas.
