Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to grow. After farming their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now housed in a renovated 17th-century farmhouse situated in Bibano di Godega di Sant’Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

Bottega Star White is a millesimato sparkling wine produced through the careful vinification of Moscato, Glera, Chardonnay and Pinot grapes. Compared to other Bottega wines, it is characterised by new attributes, including an adjusted sugar content (Demisec) and an aroma dominated by peach, tropical fruits and floral notes. These specific grape varieties were deliberately selected to create a harmonious product in terms of its organoleptic qualities. Furthermore, the use of Pinot Noir ensures that the wine has a longer shelf life.
