The Quiet Rebels Amy contains whisky that has been matured in ex-Maury casks from a small organic winery in France. This winery produces a fortified wine using a process similar to Port wine production. The 60-year-old vines are cultivated using various sustainable farming methods, including agroforestry, where trees are planted between the vines to improve soil quality.

Additionally, the winery follows biodynamic principles, including the lunar calendar, which, according to several studies, helps determine the optimal times for sowing and harvesting. The ex-Maury casks were combined with Nc'nean's in-house STR red wine casks and ex-Bourbon casks to create the special Quiet Rebels Amy bottling, reflecting Amy's vision.
