A French single malt from a cognac house? Quite right: Arlett Whisky is a range of whiskies developed by the Tessendier family, who, in addition to the renowned cognac brand Cognac Park, are also responsible for Saison Rum.

Thanks to their decades of expertise in brandy production, the Tessendier distillery has created three single malts which, despite their youth, impress with a remarkably smooth texture and a surprising complexity of flavours for young whiskies. The distinct smoothness on the palate is achieved through gradual dilution to drinking strength, a process that begins during maturation and gives Arlett products their unique mouthfeel.

The Arlett Single Malt is first matured for three years in new American white oak and bourbon casks, which gives it a solid foundation of woody and bourbon notes. It is then finished for one year in rare Japanese Mizunara casks, which lend it additional depth, smoothness and complex flavours.
