The Takamaka ZEPIS KREOL Rum is a carefully crafted blend of various rums and spices, offering a unique range of flavors.

This blend consists of molasses rum, distilled in both pot and column stills. Locally grown spices are added and macerated to give the rum its characteristic aromas.

Furthermore, it is refined with ex-Merlot wood fines. An eight-year-old molasses rum from Barbados (Bajan-Foursquare) is also integrated into the blend to achieve additional depth and maturity.

After careful production, the rum is aged for 60 days in old ex-bourbon casks. This aging period allows the rum to develop its full flavor qualities.
