The whisky matured for over 17 years in specially selected casks, with a significant portion stored in ex-bourbon and refill American oak casks. These ensure a balanced combination of fruitiness, spice, and subtle wood influence. Typical of Loch Lomond, the distillery's unique pot-still process is also employed here, lending the whisky its special structure and depth.
