Pierre Ferrand Cognacs are distinguished by being made exclusively from rare Grande Champagne grapes, which gives them a special quality. The "Ambré" bottling is a tribute to Cognac's golden age and stands out with its floral and fruity nuances, typical of Grande Champagne.

For distillation, the Trebbiano and Colombard grape varieties are specifically used to further intensify the floral notes of the Cognac and create a complex, aromatic profile.
