It is produced according to the Méthode Traditionnelle, i.e., classic bottle fermentation – the same technique used for Champagne. This elaborate production method ensures a fine, long-lasting effervescence and a particularly harmonious mousse.


Selected grapes from the typical Alsatian grape varieties Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Chardonnay are used for this Crémant.
