Grandin Brut Méthode Traditionnelle, produced in the picturesque Loire region, is an exquisite sparkling wine that masterfully combines the elegance of Chenin, the structure of Cabernet Franc, and the finesse of Chardonnay. It embodies the uniqueness of its terroir, characterized by calcareous sandstone and tufa limestone soils, as well as an ideal continental climate.

Careful, sustainable methods such as hand-harvesting and gentle pressing ensure that the aromas and quality of the grapes are fully preserved. The sparkling wine is produced using the demanding Méthode Traditionnelle. After a first fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the base wine is created, which is then combined into a harmonious blend. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, with the addition of sugar and yeast bringing forth the fine effervescence and complex, multi-layered aromas of the sparkling wine. Subsequently, the wine undergoes riddling (Remuage), during which the yeast deposits are moved into the bottle neck by daily turning and tilting of the bottle. Finally, during disgorgement, the bottle neck is opened, the yeast deposits are removed, and the bottle is topped up with the final dosage.
