Leo Hillinger is a visionary entrepreneur and winemaker who has transformed his passion for winemaking into international recognition. His winery, which now proudly encompasses 100 hectares of vineyards, is renowned not only in Austria but worldwide for its excellent wines. These wines find their way into over 20 countries, underscoring the global presence and popularity of the Hillinger brand. After apprenticeships in Europe and California, Hillinger purchased 12 hectares of vineyards, laying the foundation for his successful winery in Jois, which opened in 2004. The company expanded with several Wineshop & Bars throughout Austria and a long-standing business relationship with Constantia Glen Winery in South Africa. In 2012, Hillinger was honored as "Entrepreneur of The Year" by Ernst & Young, highlighting his outstanding role in the wine industry.

Hillinger Pinot Noir Blanc de Noir is a white wine made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes are pressed immediately after harvest, and the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 13-15 °C. The wine then matures on fine lees for 2 months. The bottle is sealed with a screw cap and can be stored for up to 2 years.
