This small-batch edition is part of the single-grain whiskey series, where each grain type is processed individually. The grain base used here consists of 100% regional wheat, which gives the whiskey its characteristic mildness and creaminess.

Maturation takes place for around one year in new, heavily charred American white oak barrels. Despite the young maturation period, the intense toasting of the barrels brings forth rich aromas and gives the whiskey a beautiful balance of softness, sweetness, and woody notes.
