Antica Torino Vermouth di Torino Bianco is a classic Italian vermouth with the ‘Vermouth di Torino’ protected designation of origin, which reflects the aromatic tradition of Piedmont in an authentic and artisanal manner. Produced by Antica Torino, this Bianco is based on an original family recipe from the 1940s and 1950s, which was revived in 2016 with the aim of bringing historic flavours and Piedmontese classics back to life. The recipe is a personal legacy within the founding family and is still produced unchanged to this day.


The aromatic base consists of wormwood, marjoram, sage, coriander and iris, which are macerated together in a solution, whilst liquorice is processed separately due to its distinctive character. The botanicals are macerated for 30 days in 96-degree alcohol; the tinctures are then pressed, blended with Italian white wine, alcohol and distilled beet sugar, and left to mature for 45–60 days in stainless steel tanks. After filtration, the spirit undergoes a further 30–45 days of bottle ageing. At 16% ABV, this Bianco is milder than red or dry vermouth, exceptionally fresh and easy to drink. Bottled in a 0.75-litre bottle, it embodies versatility, balance and classic elegance.
