Each Signature Edition is individually bottled and bears the unmistakable hallmark of the casks used, giving each whisky its own character. The variety of cask maturation allows for the creation of complex aromas and special depths of flavour, which give St. Kilian whiskies their exceptional quality.

St. Kilian Signature Edition FIFTEEN is an exclusive bottling that delights whisky lovers with its intense peat smoke and exceptional maturation in noble Amarone wine casks. This limited edition will be released on February 14, 2025, combining German distillation art with Scottish tradition at the highest level.

Made from Scottish peated malt with an impressive phenol content of 80 ppm, this single malt whisky exhibits a powerful, smoky characteristic. Its entire maturation took place over three years in former Amarone casks from the renowned Lenotti winery in the Valpolicella region. The casks used, in three different sizes (50 l, 100 l and 310 l), were transported directly to Rüdenau after emptying to impart their full aroma to the whisky.

The Signature Edition FIFTEEN is neither colored nor chill-filtered and is bottled at a robust alcohol content of 53.3%. The iconic still-shaped bottle underscores the exclusivity of this special dram.
