The Masi Nectar Costasera Amarone Classico DOCG 2020 15 % is an exceptional Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG that impressively reflects the decades of expertise of the renowned Masi Agricola winery. In its 0.75-litre bottle, this premium Italian red wine combines power, elegance and the characteristic depth of a classic Amarone. The cuvée is made from the traditional grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, as well as a small proportion of Oseleta. Prior to vinification, the grapes are dried on bamboo racks for several months using the traditional appassimento method, which allows water to evaporate and concentrates the aromas and natural sugars. The 2020 vintage impresses with its exceptional density, elegance and harmonious structure. The wine is then aged for an extended period in wooden casks, imparting additional complexity and excellent ageing potential.
